This is what happens when you cut the back of the rain gutter and just let it spill on the roof.

  • Front door water damage - with just the flooring off!
  • Front door water damage - with just the flooring off!

  • Yeah, the master bath water damage was so minor.
  • New coat of paint, good as new. (Master bath water damage)
  • That's the hole in the roof from the birds/rats, as there were no guards at the end of the roof.
  • If you rotate it upside down, it's like it's screaming! (The bird/rat hole)
  • There's the birds nest that was in the ceiling...
  • The horror!
  • Somewhere, there's a pissed off bird.
  • I love the screaming face, err, bird hole.
  • Water damage around the chimney
  • More water damage around the chimney.
  • Ceiling water damage, from the inside.
  • This is what happens when you cut the back of the rain gutter and just let it spill on the roof.
  • Let's go back to the master bath and stare in wonder.
  • As the selling agent said "It's probably just superficial"
  • Up to the roof - the nail holes in the tile should in fact be covered by the tile above it. But that would make sense, wouldn't it?
