  • Where the chimeny (or what was left of it) was before they cut it out.
  • That's the edge of the interior subfloor! (The plywood and verical framing is new)
  • Around the window next to the front door. Yeah, wet, rotted, white mold.
  • Totally moldy (note the hole in the ground under the door)
  • What part isn't rotted?
  • Is it dry rot if it's still wet? (The front door threshold, totally busted)
  • Inviting!
  • Moldy and falling apart, around the windows by the front door.
  • The vine had grown all the way up to the roof!
  • Detail of the old arch above the entry way. Kwalatee!
  • The awesome and not to code box that the sliding glass doors were "on" - it's just framed into the deck joists, not cantilevered from the house/foundation. <br /><br />KWALATEE.
  • Lovely, this was part of the floor underneath the furnace. That would have been awesome to have burned the house down!
