That's the hole in the roof from the birds/rats, as there were no guards at the end of the roof.

  • Front door water damage - with just the flooring off!

  • Yeah, the master bath water damage was so minor.
  • New coat of paint, good as new. (Master bath water damage)

  • Up to the roof - the nail holes in the tile should in fact be covered by the tile above it. But that would make sense, wouldn't it?
