Our Cuy Confit at lunch. This was our taste of the Peruvian staple - guinea pig. Yep, they eat guinea pig (called "Cuy", pronounced "qweee"). Normally they just deep fry it whole, but we went for something a bit more western. Yupeng, on the other hand, had a deep fried Cuy. Not his favorite dish to say the least.
